Hi Michelle. Hope your walk is going well. It's me, from Western Brook Pond. Your blog on the gals you caught the ride with makes us sound more exciting than we probably are, but flattering all the same. Newfoundland was a wonderful adventure, but seems like more than a couple weeks ago. But, back to the reality of day to day life.....and earning money for the next adventure! I've enjoyed reading of your journey, and do hope it is going well. Sooooo much rain to contend with. Not pleasent for a walker! Safe travels!
It's amazing to see how many people are doing this, I myself am going to start in victoria next spring and once I get home to newfoundland, plan a kayak trip around the island, I know how hard it will be, but in the past two years I was sailed all over the great lakes and st. lawrence working on the freighters and now i'm pulling 12 hour shifts in -40 on an oil rig, all while losing 80 pounds, and years of regret in the process. So, no matter what obstacle, I have learnt it is worth the efoort you put into it, so keep it up, might just be there to see you finish, so work hard and never give up, good luck!
Hey Michelle hope everything is going well with your walk. Just remember with every step you make you are that much closer. You made quite a difference in mine and Shelley life with Keanna. Take care and be safe. Todd and Shelley
So proud of you. Words sometimes cannot begin to describe the inner and spiritual strenght of some human beings. You are one of them. Inspiration, determination, gracefulness and know you are in our thoughts.
